Jacob Meibom's story about his journey with Infopaq
"Ever since I founded Infopaq, I have had a passion for media and helping our clients understand media.
Since its inception, Infopaq has grown and taken on new forms, while the mediascape has changed dramatically – from a manageable number of print news sources and a few radio and TV channels into a mediascape that is impossible for any single individual to take in and fully comprehend. For example, how many TV channels can you choose from at home on your couch or in front of your computer? 25, 250 or 1,250? How many online papers, forums and blogs are writing about your company or your product? And, most importantly: which ones? How do you communicate with them?
The mediascape is complex, and sound advice is valuable, perhaps more valuable than ever. We provide our clients with unique media savvy, so that they can improve their future communications efforts and attain their business goals. We achieve this by being a listening organization, which understands the needs of our clients and which collaborates with prominent media researchers who provide cutting-edge analyses of current media trends, while we live and breathe media every day.
The acquisition of Cision’s Media Monitoring and Analysis operations in Sweden and Norway was an important milestone. It contributed to Infopaq becoming the Nordic-based global company that it is today. But it won’t end there; we will continue to grow and help even more clients, both locally and globally.
Our clients will determine how we develop."
